Three Dog Winter Showshoe Tours
What is it?
A guided winter hike of the beautiful 100-acre Three Dog property through our vineyards, cedar and pine forests and sugar bush.
What does it cost and what does that include?
The cost is $55 and includes:
- Snowshoe Rental
- Light Lunch
- 2 Glasses of Wine
- Guided Tour
How long is the tour?
We ask that you arrive at 11:30 am to get prepared and sized for your snowshoes. We will leave the tasting bar at noon and hike for approximately 1.5 hours with a warm-up stop at the sugar shack with a wine tasting and food. We will be back at the tasting bar by 2pm to relax with a delicious glass of wine.
When are the tours?
Every Saturday and Sunday as long as the snow lasts! All tour dates are listed on our events page.
What should I bring?
A change of clothes for when you are back
Warm hat and gloves
Sunglasses or goggles
Ski poles (optional)
How do I join?
You can purchase tickets on our events page.
What if there is no snow?
If the weather does not cooperate on the day of your tour, you have two options: 1) You can change the date of your ticket to a future tour, depending on availability, or 2) You can get store credit for the price of your ticket for online or in-store purchases.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for tickets. However, if your plans change and you are unable to attend we can offer credit for the price of the tickets for online or in-store purchases. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend.
Can I snowshoe on my own?
Sorry, snowshoeing on the property is only allowed as part of a guided tour.
Do you offer private tours for groups?
Absolutely! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about booking a private snowshoe tour.
Snowshoeing can be strenuous, especially in difficult snow conditions. A moderate fitness level is required.
We provide a light lunch, but feel free to bring small snacks. If you have food allergies or restrictions please contact us at email@example.com.
